Tom, born and raised in the city of buffalo is a 24+ year real estate industry veteran. A licensed Real Estate Broker since 2001 and Owner of New York State Realty, starting his career in 2001 with one of the largest real estate firms in WNY which earned him the "rookie of the year" award for total sales. 

Tom and his team have had a long successful career guiding buyers and sellers throughout the Buffalo/Niagara region area with their real estate acquisitions and dispositions by working with qualified clients and since then has represented over 600 of them totaling over $150,000,000 in sales and counting.

Tom continues to close millions of dollars in sales transactions each year being recognized by Business First as one of the "who's who" in residential real estate sales, The "Top 100 & 200 realtors" in the Buffalo/Niagara Region and "Top 3%-5% of realtors" in Western New York. 

His Knowledge of the WNY real estate market and enthusiasm for real estate combined with excellent negotiation skills contribute to his success. Tom has diverse experience and knowledge of many aspects of real estate -- from residential home construction to traditional real estate brokerage. Tom also led the strategic marketing programs for clients' projects.

He owned his own marketing firm for four years prior to entering the real estate industry. Tom's knowledge and experience extends beyond selling properties to include the evaluation of investment opportunities.
